Live-streaming Preparation Checklist

This checklist is a basic list of things to check before starting the livestream to help ensure that there is a smooth live-streaming service.

• Check that OBS is getting a signal from the camcorder
• Check that OBS is getting a signal for trom the production computer for songs and powerpoint slides
• Check the volume balance between the worship and speaker scenes
• Check that the audio and video signal is playing in other rooms in the building that will be showing the church service
• Check that all the scenes are working properly in OBS and that the Stream Deck buttons are working
• Is your face mask on?
• Is the camcorder level and have the podium centered? Is it angled appropriately so that the pastor will look good with the corner slides on?
• Check the song lyrics that they line up well with the worship team
• Check that the song lyrics have a close to black border that makes the text legible
• Check that the mouse pointer is locked off of unwanted screens

Live-streaming Finished Checklist

This checklist is meant to be a list of things to check once the live-stream has ended.

• Has the computer been turned off?
• Has the camcorder been turned off?
• Have you wiped down the keyboard, mouse, stream deck, and desk with a sanitizing wipe?
• Once you are finished wash your hands!
