Troubleshooting: Tablet Not Connecting

A). Close and reopen the app, and try again.

B.) Check if wifi is on and the “XR…..” wifi is selected. If unsure how to check wifi on the tablet, skip to step ‘C’. (NOTE: DO NOT TURN OFF THE TABLET’S WIFI).

    a.) If “XR….” wifi is not selected, check to see if the “XR….” is available. If it is, select it and retry the app. 

If there is still no selectable option while “Searching”:

C.) Restart the Multipurpose Room mixer.

    a.) In the HVAC closet, ensure that there is a green, blue, and orange light on in the Amp/Mixer cabinet. If not, see “[Turn Amp/Mixer Cabinet on](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wUKVEbpF03Vrcf28001Lk9i-v4hyu6C7m0t2lcoePAE/edit)”.


    b.) Turn off the amp “1” and then turn off the mixer “2”. The mixer switch is located behind the left mounting plate. Refer to the second picture. After turning off the mixer “2”, turn on in the reverse order. Mixer then Amp. (Note: the blue light on the amp and the orange light on the mixer should be lit).

Restart the tablet by pressing and holding the power button on top until prompted to restart the tablet.

Try the mixing app again.
